Viksha – Return & Refund Policy
At Viksha, we aim to provide you with high-quality jewellery and a smooth shopping experience. Since each product is carefully checked before dispatch, we follow a strict and transparent return policy.
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product delivered to you is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
No other return reasons will be accepted.
🎥 Mandatory Opening Video Requirement
To process your return, you must provide:
- A clear opening video of the parcel from the moment you start opening it.
- The video should clearly show:
- The unopened package from all sides
- The full unboxing process
- The damaged/incorrect product
Without an opening video, no return or refund will be initiated.
⏱ Return Request Timeline
You must raise a return request within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the order.
Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.
📬 How to Request a Return
- Record a proper opening video as described.

- Send the video + order number + issue description.
- Once verified, we will guide you through the return steps.
💰 Refund / Replacement
After verifying the opening video and return eligibility:
- Replacement will be sent if the product is in stock.
- If not available, a refund will be issued.
- Order will be replaced will be deliver within 7 days.
- Your order will not be exchanged only replacement available.
Refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-7 days.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- No opening video
- Customer dislike / size issues / color difference due to lighting
- Requests after 24 hours
