Viksha – Shipping Policy
At Viksha, we work hard to deliver your favourite jewellery pieces safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metros: 3–5 days
- Other Cities: 4–7 days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festive load.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping may be available during sales or special offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link via email or SMS
- Updates on order movement by the courier partner
You can track your order anytime using the provided link.
5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address, pin code, and phone number are correct.
We are not responsible for:
- Delivery failures due to incorrect address
- Customer not being available at the time of delivery
In such cases, the order may be returned to us or cancelled by the courier.
6. Damaged / Tampered Package
If the parcel looks tampered or damaged at delivery:
- Do not accept it
- Take photos/videos of the package
- Contact us immediately
This helps us raise a claim with the courier.
7. Return Shipping (If Applicable)
For approved returns (damaged/incorrect products only):
- We will provide return instructions
- Customers may need to ship the product back using the address provided
- Return shipping may be covered depending on the case
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We will update this section once we expand.
